The Perioperative Clinic of Pacifica Salud Hospital is the first private perioperative assessment clinic in our country, performing the risk assessment of all the patients to be operated in our hospital, which are referred by the surgeons who have booked a space in the Operating Room. This service is characterized by an individual, safe and quality pre-surgical care for the patients.

Located in Office No. 627, this clinic arose from the need of managing the entire preoperative process in a safe manner to avoid as much as possible any post-operative complications, while achieving the completion of important documentation from the medical-legal point of view. This service will be free of charge for the assessed patient, reinforcing our responsibility as a safe health organization for our patients.

Mission

Offer a perioperative assessment for patients under elective surgery, with the highest quality and efficiency, by making a complete and centered assessment in the patient, so safety can be guaranteed by identifying symptomatic and asymptomatic pathologies that may require a change in the anesthesia or surgical management, with the purpose of reducing any possible complications.

Vision

Be the first perioperative assessment center in Panama at a private level, with the goal of reducing complications in surgical procedures and following the hospitals accreditation standards according to Joint Commission International.
